Jeff Kessler has been at Clark & Elbing since 2005. His work involves patent prosecution, primarily in the fields of molecular biology and biochemistry. Jeff works with clients to protect innovations related to treatments of cancer, bacterial infections and viral disease; plant disease resistance; drug discovery; and human gene therapy.

Jeff’s doctoral research employed biochemical, biophysical, and molecular biological techniques to study properties of a protein implicated in Parkinson’s Disease. His research has been published in Biochemistry.
