Abby leverages her multidisciplinary background in chemical engineering to assist a diverse set of clients in building strong patent portfolios.

Abby’s research and industry experience focuses on microfluidics for uses in cellular and bacterial research, pharmaceutical validation, and personalized medicine.

Prior to joining Clark+Elbing, Abby worked as a patent agent at a Greater Boston-based intellectual property law firm, where she drafted and prosecuted patent applications on a wide range of technologies, including biotechnologies, medical devices, micro and nanotechnology, and materials science.
