Overview

Chelsea applies her scientific expertise in neuroscience and molecular, cellular, and developmental biology to assist clients in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications.

Prior to joining the firm, Chelsea completed her doctorate at Yale University, where she studied how the brain learns and makes decisions. She used computational models and neuroimaging techniques to study the behavioral and neural mechanisms of subjective valuation. She has also conducted research in diverse fields, including innate immunity, gut-brain physiology, and chronic affective disorders.

Chelsea has co-authored original research and review articles published in peer-reviewed journals, including Nature Communications, Developmental Cell, and Brain, Behavior, and Immunity.
